Red Dead Redemption - Now Available Worldwide

ESRB Rating: MATURE with Blood, Intense Violence, Nudity, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content, Use of Drugs		 Red Dead Redemption is now available worldwide for Xbox 360® and PlayStation®3 – and we’re celebrating with a full month of daily multiplayer events where you can face off against Rockstar Games (click here for info).

Last weekend, we kicked things off properly with our first official Social Club live streaming events both on PlayStation®Network and Xbox LIVE®.

Players from across the world of Rockstar – from San Diego to New York to the UK – shot it up with an unprecedented turnout of participants through all of the multiplayer modes as well as chatting up all the action happening on the live stream at the Events page for 8 full hours between Friday and Saturday on both platforms.

This Saturday night, May 29th at midnight Eastern and Pacific (check local listings), FOX will be exclusively airing an
original short film made from Red Dead Redemption.

The 30 minute short film, created and directed by John Hillcoat (the director of The Proposition and The Road), chronicles
a slice-in-time of protagonist John Marston as he tracks down his former fellow outlaw and friend, Bill Williamson.
Along the way, Marston encounters many of Red Dead Redemption's eclectic cast of dreamers, misfits and liars.

Using the world of Red Dead Redemption as a virtual film studio and created entirely with in-game assets and
technology, Hillcoat re-imagines Marston’s pursuit of justice and salvation.
